The APK is not an officially signed APK (because Google does not allow lewd games to be on the appstore), so the default option when you try to install the game is to not install it. There should be something like “more option” and the install option should be inside

PC, using broswer since my download speed is very slow
Your browser is the cause for the save reset. Don’t use Incognito mode, also some browsers like Brave will always clear data. Try switching browser

Just leave it there for a day or two and then you won't be able to go in.
maybe try the downloadable version. Your browser seems to be clearing its cache too often
check the Open Console button in settings, in there you can find some cheat command examples
