Most of us are kinda nervous about Fierylion being quiet because his projects never really get "finished", most of his games get updated a few times, then just abandoned so he can work on the next project.
This game is the most hyped, the most liked, the most promising, the most ambitious game he's ever done, so it only makes sense that people want to get the update out of him, both because it'd be really f'n cool, but also because we really hope he gets the update out before he loses interest and starts the next game.
Don’t worry, the only “new” project I’ve released was Pump Till You Pop at the end of last year. This project is the extension/revamp of Portal Stuffing. For a while now I’ve shifted my focus from wanting to start new projects to completing my current ones.
However, there was a sudden increase in my work load (I’m a graduate student), a major research paper deadline was pushed to 20 days earlier! Hence I am quite overwhelmed with work right now and cannot guarantee any certain release date.
Lastly, I don’t abandon my projects >.< Its just that I often try to revamp them by improving major parts of the mechanics and adding/removing major parts of the game. This game is the perfect example of that, Bellyful Life is the rebirth of Portal Stuffing. Since the last update to Portal Stuffing was 2 years ago, it’d be perfectly reasonable to assume that I abandoned it. But as you can see, it made an epic come back as this project!

I have to congratulate you. You make amazing games and this one is already an absolute gem despite not being finished. What I think would be a great thing to add to the game would be an option to listen to a character's stomach noises (like in one of your other games, forgot the title), and have a character listen to yours, either by putting her ear on the stomach, or maybe there could be a microphone/stethoscope that you could buy? Especially with the stomach noises or gas pills adding to the sounds, that could be awesome.
Also, so far I fail to see what the laxatives are meant for, but if it could make for more elaborate desperation scenes (for example when a character is in public, or using that buttplug you mentioned in another comment) that could be awesome.
Like another user has mentioned, it could be nice if gas and stomach noises pills could stack in effectiveness.

If you're too high you'll be slightly slower at travelling places since you're all tipsy and stuff, and maybe ingest food you have in your inventory randomly, since you feel like you're starving?
First of all, love this game a lot. Respect for making this game at all, let alone free of charge.
I do have a few suggestions for how certain things might work. For example, I'd personally like to see gas pills stack in effectiveness like the digestion pills do. I realise it might be a bug, but it seems the pulls seem to produce gas based on time more than amount. Second of all, more status effects for example if you're near or over your limit it causes lots of discomfort that might make certain things difficult, or having a heavy stomach from water etc means you can't swim. Other things I would like to see if they are personal include more methods to 'save yourself' from bursting (like a bath or something, it could increase the amount of gas you can expel if you've abused the pills), a way to increase the maximum 4000cc limit (even if it's risky and only possible up to a point) and some variety in characters (maybe an overweight one has more natural capacity, or one has an extra intestinal loop etc). That's all I can think of though, so absolutely fantastic game.
Almost literally what it sounds like. Ellinsia had one (allegedly, at least) and basically all it is is larger intestine size, and therefore volume, than usual.
I have done some research and noticed that enabling portals you can teleport food to the shop people which I think means they will be characters thqt can be inflated too
Im not sure if the bursting mechanic is anywhere in the near future but I have some ideas for it. Maybe in the general store you could buy a pin to purposely pop your own or someone elses belly when inflated to a certain point. You would have 2 options, you could just pop them right then and there, or you could ask and try to convince them to let you pop them. To do so you would need a high likeability and high interest. You would offer to pay medical bills and assure them they would be alright in the end, this method you would make them lose a small amount of likeability and interest. The other method would cause SEVERE loss of likeability and interest. Accidental popping would cause moderate. Maybe yumi, with max interest would give you a new option to have her study you making your belly burst. The reward for doing so would be by her analysing your bursting would permanently be better at treating bursting in all characters, reducing cost and hospital time. I’m sorry but I’m against the idea of actively forcing bursting (with a pin for example). That’s like intentionally stabbing yourself and cause critical injury. Bursting is implemented due to popular demand, and also as a small reminder that over-inflating in real life could lead to major/life threatening injuries (hence know your limits!). Actively encourage bursting will negate this and send a message that it’s fine to inflate yourself to the point of bursting, which is absolutely not what I want :<

this is not your exclusive problem, it's the same with me, however if I'm not mistaken it happens because of a bug in the gas pills, I'm not sure but they were supposed to provoke a desire for inflation in those who consume them, and for the that I understand this should be fixed in the next update that if all goes well it is expected to arrive this week.

First of all, love this game a lot. Respect for making this game at all, let alone free of charge.
I do have a few suggestions for how certain things might work. For example, I'd personally like to see gas pills stack in effectiveness like the digestion pills do. I realise it might be a bug, but it seems the pulls seem to produce gas based on time more than amount. Second of all, more status effects for example if you're near or over your limit it causes lots of discomfort that might make certain things difficult, or having a heavy stomach from water etc means you can't swim. Other things I would like to see if they are personal include more methods to 'save yourself' from bursting (like a bath or something, it could increase the amount of gas you can expel if you've abused the pills), a way to increase the maximum 4000cc limit (even if it's risky and only possible up to a point) and some variety in characters (maybe an overweight one has more natural capacity, or one has an extra intestinal loop etc). That's all I can think of though, so absolutely fantastic game.
The 4000cc is just the visual limit, you can go on forever, my current save have a stomach capacity of almost 7500cc
My max atm is 23,201CC for stomach, my bowel max is 21,817cc

Im not sure if the bursting mechanic is anywhere in the near future but I have some ideas for it. Maybe in the general store you could buy a pin to purposely pop your own or someone elses belly when inflated to a certain point. You would have 2 options, you could just pop them right then and there, or you could ask and try to convince them to let you pop them. To do so you would need a high likeability and high interest. You would offer to pay medical bills and assure them they would be alright in the end, this method you would make them lose a small amount of likeability and interest. The other method would cause SEVERE loss of likeability and interest. Accidental popping would cause moderate. Maybe yumi, with max interest would give you a new option to have her study you making your belly burst. The reward for doing so would be by her analysing your bursting would permanently be better at treating bursting in all characters, reducing cost and hospital time. I’m sorry but I’m against the idea of actively forcing bursting (with a pin for example). That’s like intentionally stabbing yourself and cause critical injury. Bursting is implemented due to popular demand, and also as a small reminder that over-inflating in real life could lead to major/life threatening injuries (hence know your limits!). Actively encourage bursting will negate this and send a message that it’s fine to inflate yourself to the point of bursting, which is absolutely not what I want :<

this is not your exclusive problem, it's the same with me, however if I'm not mistaken it happens because of a bug in the gas pills, I'm not sure but they were supposed to provoke a desire for inflation in those who consume them, and for the that I understand this should be fixed in the next update that if all goes well it is expected to arrive this week.
