There are male characters in Unreal Bellyful Life. For this game, adding more characters will likely make the game grow too big to be playable in the browser.

The stuff in the other reply about not being able open the console or change the character's capability of holding stuff is wrong. IIRC if you type in set (character name) into the console it'll autofill some options to change bowel and stomach capacities. You can increase the amount of air/water/food in them by doing basically the same thing.
If anyone is wondering when updates will be, probably not for many years. The creator, Fiery, has had a mental break down and will most likely not continue making anything for a few years. (This is what someone on the discord said)

Sorry a lot of the dialogues were changed and I haven’t updated the translation request page yet
all of my saves disappeared...
Sadly Itch.io recently switched their host which means all itch.io web games loose their save. I did put out an announcement on this a while ago.
BUG:
Some BUGs are not only in Christmas mode:
When the heroine's weight enters the next stage, it's a game BUG.
When the heroine goes on a trip, the game is BUG.
If an NPC is given repeated "equipment", the game will be BUG.
Wrong results will occur when items such as pumps are used by NPCs.
If the slime is too big, it will take up the entire package and cannot be sold but must be thrown away.
View NPC information and game bugs on the phone in specific modes (such as travel)
Some NPC equipment displays incorrectly in Christmas mode
AYA expansion mode lower abdominal piercing mold
Taking a shower together and changing states will cause character clones, leading to stacking.
Watching TV together, changing states will lead to character cloning, or even the appearance of two heroines with different actions.
BUG in unfinished game:
Some NPCs in Christmas mode have different models, inflated and sculpted figures, and belly sizes.
Massaging the abdominal status cannot fully recall the abdominal size status.
There is still no follow-up from the farmer and the police.
Even in the friendship and LUST states, when the heroine uses a water pipe/shower for an enema, her companions will still leave in shock.

there should be only one zip file. Maybe try 7Zip instead

Just tested it out and here are some example commands:
set Player bowels_capacity 10000 -sets the players capability of holding stuff in their bowels to 10000
set Aria stomach_capacity 10000 -sets Aria's capability of holding stuff in her stomach to 10000
set Amber bowels_water 5000 -sets the amount of water in Amber's bowels to 5000
Just play around with names and the autofill.
