You can also substitute inflation desire with likability, and to increase likability the easiest way is to hug them daily

In order to increase the capacity of both the bowels and stomach just need to keep filling it up (inflating, eating, drinking) as much as possible and it will increase over time. (Or you can jus use console comands to do it)
Number can be anything you want, the visual size of bellies however caps at some point and will not get bigger with more capacity. You can modify pretty much any value in the game with the set comand (desires - set desire_inflate; contents of bellies - set stomach_water etc)
When will the Christmas theme go away, it's way past Christmas? will it be the next update that the Christmas clothing and snow go away, or the update after the next one?

This 2D version of bellyful life do not have weight gain for other girls, only the player, this is a hard limit due to the 2D images.
Laxative pill just make them drop milk from their breasts for now.
I found an interesting glitch. What you need to do is use the shrink pill on somebody and then sleep before the effects wear off. Doing this leaves them inside of you, but once they exit nobody can enter that part of you again.
Maybe make it so if you sleep with somebody inside you, they simply return to normal mid-sleep, which should be easy to add. And I feel like a similar glitch would happen with the part-time jobs. So restrict those until nobody is inside of you. As them growing back to normal would be very awkward in public.
Can you do a Mega Fart option? As an option when the butt plug is detatched. Then the character farts at a rate of -200 cc per second and the pressure gauge goes down. Streamable.
There isn’t an unbirth scene yet. You can unbirth by feeding someone food with a shrink pill, and then select “Unbirth” option and she will be unbirthed, you can then see her in the player character’s womb.
It's been a while since we commented, anyway I've noticed a "become surrogate mother today" poster in the medical place so how soon are you going to add pregnancy to your game, very soon i hope?

you can disable Christmas outfits in the settings, sry I’m away right now can’t make changes to the game yet

that could be an issue with your browser. Do not use incognito or private browsing mode, some browsers like Brave will also do not keep save data.
